NADEEM ALLI

Nadeem Alli studied at the University of Natal and graduated with his LLB in 2004. He thereafter served two years of articles and was admitted as an attorney in January 2007 where he practised as an attorney specialising in commercial, banking and civil litigation. Between 2006 and 2007, Nadeem completed a postgraduate diploma and graduated with a HDIP in Tax at the University of Johannesburg. He was then recruited by RMB's litigation department where he obtained experience in Liquidations, the NCA and Credit Recoveries for approximately 2 and half years. During this period, he also obtained experience in the study of the National Credit Act and obtained a qualification to practice as a debt counsellor after completing the relevant courses. Nadeem has subsequently joined the Jhb bar in 2010 and has practiced in various areas including commercial evictions, PIE applications, liquidations, banking and family law.
