ADVOCATE FRANS BECKER

After completing his studies for the degrees B Iuris and LLB, Frans Becker was admitted as an advocate during 1981. He lectured in Commercial Law until 1982 and completed his LLM degree in the Law of Contract in 1983. Prior to joining the Bar in July 1988, he practised as an attorney until December 1987. He is an arbitration panel member of A.F.S.A. (General Commercial) and an avid fly fisherman. His commercial practice focuses mainly on company, contract, mining and mineral, engineering and construction and insurance law.
