He was called to the Bar in 1992 after 15 years of commerce. Previously the legal and commercial director in a public quoted group of companies with experience (both locally and internationally) in the purchase and sale of business and companies, licensing/ technology transfer agreements, building and engineering contractual disputes and litigation, company law and insolvency matters. At the Bar the experience thus gained has been put to use in the conduct of general commercial litigation concentrating on matters involving, inter alia, contractual disputes, restraints of trade, company/close corporation law and insolvency law.
