Hellen has practiced mainly in the High Courts (Civil & Criminal) and Labour Courts doing applications, trials, reviews & appeals in the fields of MVA, ejections, evictions, divorces, sequestrations, curatorship and commercial matters). In the criminal field she has done bail applications and inquests and in Labour Law attended to conciliations and arbitrations. After her LLB degree she obtained an advanced certificate in Labour Relations & graduated a Masters Programme in Labour Relations at Potchefstroom University. She has a general practice with an interest in Civil Litigation.
