ADVOCATE BRAD JACKSON

After having qualified as an attorney at a leading attorney's firm, dealing mainly in insurance litigation, Brad Jackson joined the Johannesburg Bar in 1994. His practice is comprised predominantly of labour law, commercial law and insurance law. In his labour law practice Brad represents both individuals and companies at the commission for conciliation, mediation and arbitration and at the Labour Court . He also regularly chairs internal disciplinary hearings at various companies and organisations. He has extensive experience in the fields of unfair dismissals as well as dismissals as a result of operational requirements.
