Shane Laubscher was admitted to the Bar in 2009 after having worked as a senior legal adviser to a number of major multinational mining companies in the platinum, granite and coal sectors over a period of more than 13 years. He is experienced in the fields of mineral rights, mining and environmental law, large commercial transactions, contracts, litigation and arbitration. He has studied at Wits, UJ and UNISA and holds BA, LLB, LLM and MBL degrees.
