LOUWRENS M MALAN

Louwrens obtained his B.Com (Law) and LLB degrees at the University of Pretoria and later completed a Masters degree in Labour Law at the Rand Afrikaans University. Prior to joining the Johannesburg Bar, he practiced as an attorney at a firm of attorneys in Johannesburg , where he was later appointed as a director. He is also a duly qualified and admitted solicitor in England and Wales . His practice currently focuses on Labour Law, the Law of Intellectual Property, the Law of Contract and related commercial matters.
