ADVOCATE DAWID MARAIS

Dawid Marais obtained his LLB at RAU in 1980 and a LLM in Mercantile Law at UNISA in 1994, in company law, insolvency law and credit security law. He was admitted as an attorney in 1992 and admitted to the Bar in 1996. He practices in the fields of commercial litigation (including commercial contracts, insolvency law, banking law and competition law), constitutional law, law of delict and civil asset forfeiture. He has appeared in the Constitutional court and Supreme Court of Appeal.
