ADVOCATE SIRSHAN REDDY

Sirshan was admitted to the Johannesburg Bar in 2009 and has a strong Tax background. He obtained his BA(Arts) and LLB degrees at the University of Durban-Westville.

He was employed at the South African Revenue Services from 2001 to 2008 and has worked in various different divisions and regions. He was employed as a legal advisor at the National Enforcement Unit where he focused on highly complex tax matters and high profile companies and individuals.

Sirshan specializes in Taxation Law and also has an interest in the fields of Customs Law, Insolvency Law, Company Law, Administrative Law, Property Law, Contract Law, Criminal Law and general commercial litigation.
