PIETER SIEBERHAGEN

Pieter has been in practice, as a member of the Johannesburg Bar, since 1992. After completing his studies for the degrees B.Proc and LLB, Pieter was admitted as an advocate during 1985, after which he worked for the Department of Justice as a public prosecutor, served as a criminal and civil magistrate in Potchefstroom, lectured in Commercial and Public Law at the Potchefstroom University, served articles and practiced as an attorney. His practice includes civil litigation in commercial and family Law, with a focus on Property, Company, Contract, Insolvency, Insurance Law, Divorce and matters concerning the law of persons. He has a keen interest in Aviation Law and Maritime Law.
